Seattle police returned hundreds of patient files and a computer hard drive to Martin Martinez Thursday evening, two days after they raided his University District storefront where he runs a collective and outreach group for medical-marijuana patients. But police have so far refused to return about 12 ounces of marijuana and two bongs seized.
